I am back! how are you guys doing?? and I hope y’all are happy and good. Recently I have found myself to be kinda sad and not happy just because my phone is bad and my friend’s phone I do use fell down and the screen went blank. I felt the world was against me and probably creating content wasn’t just for me, I was so frustrated and I cried. I spoke to a friend and what he said to me made feel better and had me rethink why I was even sad in the first place. Being sad won’t change anything and I always try my possible best to be a happy person. Here are five things you should start doing to be happy

Happiness cannot be traveled to, owned, earned, worn or consumed. Happiness is the spiritual experience of living every minute with love, grace, and gratitude.

I have learned to be grateful for all I have and what I do is write down what I prayed for in the past and I have now and also all things I am grateful for. When I go through the list, I get this feeling of happiness and I am like”I prayed for that and I got it” then I know I can get other things too. People look at the things they haven’t gotten and this cause sadness. I believe God is a good God and if it doesn’t give us something, it’s because he’s going to give us something better or he is waiting for the right time.

You want to be happy? try not to be a negative person. Let that negative vibes go, set them free cause if they are there, you can’t be happy or even be happy for others. You will find yourself constantly hating and jealousy begins to grow and I don’t see how that leads to happiness. Be positive, be happy for others, keep positive people around you and see how happy you will be.

I always try to laugh every chance I get and I know this has helped me a lot. I use to be that person that doesn’t really smile and has that resting bitch face always. I had to change that, even if I am angry and don’t feel like talking, I still force myself to smile and it kinda changes my mood.

Whatever your passion is, keep doing it. Don’t waste time chasing after success or comparing yourself to others. Every flower blooms at a different pace. Excel at doing what your passion is and only focus on perfecting it. Eventually people will see what you are great at doing, and if you are truly great, success will come chasing after you – Suzy kassem

There is no joy in comparing yourself to others cause you will always feel not good enough and last time I checked, that doesn’t make people happy either. Just be yourself and do what makes you happy and what you enjoy doing. Even if you ain’t getting the result yet, you will be happy cause you know you’re doing what you really love and not because someone else is doing it

I don’t know about you but I feel very sad when I feel my relationship with God is weak and I feel the happiest when my relationship with God is strong cause there is this Joy I derive from it.

  1. Most times when I feel the whole world is against me, I cry. Crying may not solve the problem but I think is therapeutic. I also remind my self that I’m on a journey and when I look back soon it would be all worth it.
    I live by this daily reminder that nothing happens in my life without a reason. I believe nothing just happens and all things work together for my good. Stay happy zaynaro, I hope this made you feel better.

  2. Well…I do go out to shoot snooker at my free time (an indoor sport) to free my inner self from stress making me energetic & happy. Guess I saw those sneaker at your Instagram post I love them so much, it makes you ladies look smart. Thanks for the great work.
